Our team at TAB Massage and Fitness is comprised of certified massage therapists and personal trainers with experience in several different modalities and specialties. Our mission is to bring our clients the breadth of knowledge and expertise it takes to support delivering high performance results. Creating a happier, healthier you is the first goal we strive for with our clients. Each massage therapist is licensed, insured and active with continuing their education in the alternative health and wellness industry. As the health and wellness industry changes and new information becomes available, our efforts are to bring that information and those changes to our clients.

Tricia A. Ronan


Tricia Ronan, NCTMB, NASM-CPT is a Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Youth/Teen/Adult Sports Performance Enhancement Coach, Performance and Metabolic Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, Writer and athlete herself who lives to educate, motivate and inspire people of all ages. Tricia is the Founder of TAB Massage and Fitness in Howell, MI, where she and her wonderful team focus on Massage and Bodywork Therapy, Personal Training, Sports Performance Enhancement, Nutrition and Wellness Classes to transform the bodies, inside and out of the vast clientele. Tricia completed her massage and bodywork training at Irene s Myomassology Inst in Southfield, MI and her Certified Personal Training and Corrective Exercise Certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She then continued her education learning Myoskeletal Alignment Technique’s by Erik Dalton, D.O. As a former collegiate athlete herself and a her never ceasing will to master the Biomechanics and Kinesiology of the Human Body, she is able to offer a unique blend of services.
Tricia’s degrees and certifications are numerous, but it is her passion, focus, commitment, leadership, and experience that allows her to get the most out of people. She is determined to motivate people to healthier living and reaching a more abundant life through stress reduction and an active lifestyle. Tricia works with many youth and collegiate athletes, high profile professional athletes as well as your stay-at-home moms and dad’s, corporate workers or skilled trade workers looking to live happier, healthier and pain free. Tricia’s dream is to create a center that combines elite athlete performance training, personal training, nutrition, and massage & bodywork under one roof. Her philosophy incorporates a holistic approach to performance. She believes one must be aligned physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to live to your fullest potential.

Erin Wade


Erin is an IBBFA (International Ballet Barre Fitness Association) certified Barre Instructor. She has enjoyed teaching barre at The Yoga Room and has recently taken the position of Studio Manager. Erin is extremely passionate about health and wellness and doing her part to contribute to the community through the benefits of exercise and movement. As such, she is ecstatic to complete Yoga Teacher Training in the fall of 2017, with the hope of sharing more healing energy with the clients at The Yoga Room!

Summer Baut


Summer is a certified RYT-200 trained in teaching all Sivananda styles of yoga. After a background of playing volleyball, and other sports, at local and national levels, she found herself drawn towards the healing powers of natural medicine and yoga. Summer has been practicing yoga for two years and is also involved in the AcroYoga community. Studying at Eastern Michigan University, she is pursuing a degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and incorporates these ideologies into her everyday life and yoga practice. Her mission is to show her students the practice of yoga in a safe way and environment, encouraging them to achieve their goals in their own practice and in life. Summer also has an interest in marine life and draws inspiration for her yoga flows from her aquariums.

Colleen Krauter


Colleen Krauter earned a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, but found working as a therapist didn’t quite meet her enthusiasm and desires for counseling individuals through their needs. It wasn’t until she was a long-time client of TAB Massage and Fitness, working with Tricia as her coach/trainer, that she discovered many levels of healing through proper nutrition and physical fitness.
With the transformation of her own body and mind, Colleen went on to earn her certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and is honored to be a member of TAB Massage and Fitness, training and coaching those who are desiring their own form of transformation. Colleen took her training to the next level and graduated from Irene’s Myomassology institute in May of 2015 and is now a State Licensed Massage Therapist.
Colleen’s interests lie in weight-lifting and holistic approaches to wellness, such as cleaner nutrition and healing through yoga. She is skillful in the kitchen, creating snacks and desserts or just modifying recipes that beat food boredom, while still meeting dietary needs. Furthermore, Colleen empowers individuals of all levels of health and fitness to reach their fullest potential toward a healthier lifestyle. She believes that a change in the body must first come through a change in the mind and you will often her hear her say “Inspire yourself – be your own Superhero!”

Mary Vance


Mary Vance is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and is currently in her junior year of college to finish her undergraduate degree in Dietetics. Mary specializes in deep tissue massage for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and people who are suffering from chronic pain. She also offers relaxation/meditative massage, prenatal massage and youth massage. Mary offers Lifestyle change coaching for people who desire to develop productive and procreative lifestyle habits. Her specialty is helping families transition their diets to eliminate allergenic foods from their diets. This is a one on one program specifically designed and dedicated to you and your goals. Mary has been gluten free since 2009 and her 3 children are all gluten free as well. Mary has life experience with body building and has lost over 100 pounds over the past ten years and has kept it off through having developed a healthy patterns of living. Mary has over 15 years of experience giving massage, 7 years of experience body building and has been dedicating her life studies to nutrition and health since 1994.

Adam Boettger


Adam Boettger has completed his Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching yoga at Good Karma Yoga in Hartland. Yoga strengthens his spiritual connection. Through yoga, he finds complex joy in being a student and feels he is constantly evolving through this ancient practice. Adam feels better, happier and more connected to who he is with yoga in his life. There is something so special to him about being a part of the healing process. By teaching yoga, he truly believes he is contributing to the betterment of the world.

Jennifer Perkins


Jennifer began her Yoga journey in 2011 in search for peace after a personal trauma. She was a private student of Emily Manship RYT200, a graduate of Yoga in the Woods and of David Swenson lineage. After 2 years Jennifer finally took her practice into studios. As her practice grew, she began to heal mentally and physically. Jennifer’s love of Yoga created a deep desire to share the practice with others. She became a 200 hour graduate in May 2017 at Good Karma Yoga Studio under the teachings of Donna Heiple, ERYT 500 and third generation lineage of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Jennifer continues her studies at Good Karma in Ashtanga Yoga.

The practice of Ashtanga is an invigorating traditional sequence of poses that develops strength, stamina and flexibility. This practice calms the mind to reduce stress and balances the body’s ability to heal. Traditional Yoga music is played. This is a heated practice 85-90 degrees.

Rachel Conger


Rachel Mckolay Conger attended Irene’s Myomassology Institute and graduated in 2000. Rachel has always loved giving massage and remembers massaging family even when she was a little girl. She specializes in relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Ashiatsu, and has a new found love for Thai massage and one day would love to learn more in Thailand. She has taken the intro in oncology massage and found it to be very important to treat patients safely. Massage has been her full time career for over 17 years and continues to learn and grow as a therapist. Her passions are her family, yoga, camping, biking, skiing, crafts and starting to say yes to learning new things. After 12 years at a spa in Novi, Rachel has decided to make a huge change and be close to home and family.

Karen Green


Karen Green is one of our level one apprentice’s here at TAB massage and fitness. She is the fourth of six children. Karen graduated from Hartland High School early in December of 2013. After graduation she went to Washtenaw Community College where she began classes for physical therapy. She was approached by a good friend who recently graduated from Irene’s Myomassology in February 2014. Karen then realized she wanted to take a more holistic approach to helping people and began classes at Irene’s in February 2016 for massage therapy.

During the program Karen found her love for helping people with a single touch and transferring her loving energy into each client she worked with. In February 2017 Karen graduated from Irene’s Myomassology and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, traveling and running with her two dogs on her down time. Her dream is to massage at a ski resort. Karen is dedicated to the development of her techniques and ideas to create a healthy lifestyle for herself and others.

Karen has strong, caring and intuitive hands, a willingness to listen, a drive to be her best self everyday and is a kind soul.
