Cancellation Policy

At TAB Massage and Fitness, our number one priority is to satisfy our client's needs and expectations. In doing so, it is important that we maintain a highly efficient and organized schedule. Time is our product, so we ask that our clients respect their time slots as much as we do by acknowledging our cancellation policy below. Thank you in advance from all of the staff at TAB Massage and Fitness.

Massage and Personal Training Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a late cancelation fee if you provide at least 24 hours notice

  • If canceling or rescheduling the same day of your appointment, you will be expected to cover 100% of the scheduled service price. To avoid this, you can send someone in your place. We do run on a waitlist and we will do our best to fill the slot, however, if we cannot we will ask for you to cover our lost time.
  • Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. A prepaid massage, personal training or group fitness session may be forfeited.
  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call the office at 810-844-1283. Social Media and Email are not an appropriate form of communication for canceling.

  • Arrival Time
    For returning clients, please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage and/or personal training session.

    • For New clients: Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to appointment start time to fill out paperwork, to ensure full hands-on time.

    • Gratuity Policy
      Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. Gratuity is an optional way to thank your therapist for a great experience. If you choose to leave gratuity here are some guidelines:

      • If you are using a gift card for your session, and desire to leave any gratuity for your therapist, please bring cash or check to give directly to your therapist.
        • If you are part of our Monthly Massage Program, and desire to leave any gratuity for your therapist, please bring cash or check and give directly to your therapist.
          • Gratuity cannot be left on the credit card when redeeming a gift card or redeeming a prepaid massage on our monthly program.
