We are happy to announce our new Remote Personal Training service is up and running! We have had many questions about what “Remote” Personal Training entails so below is a more in-depth description.
First of all, “remote” means we can personal train you wherever you are! Whether you live in Michigan, Georgia or California or somewhere in between we can still work together! Secondly, we are offering this service to anybody and everybody wherever you may be on your fitness journey. If you have a gym membership and don’t know what to do in the gym, we can help. If you want to workout in the privacy of your own home, we can help. If you are training for a marathon or looking to improve your tennis game, we can help.
Here is how it works:
Step 1: Answer our questionnaire so that we can customize a workout program for your individual needs.
Step 2: We will then create a training program based on your goals, equipment you have access to, time available to workout, and any other special considerations. We will also send you video demonstrations on how to properly perform each exercise.
Step 3: You complete your workouts on your own time however that may fit into your schedule. Again, these programs are tailored to you and your schedule – so if you travel and do not have access to your normal exercise equipment we will adjust your training program.
Step 4: Communicate! As part of your training program we encourage you to give us feedback, send us videos of your exercises so we can analyze your form, and ask us questions! You will have access to us via phone, text, and email.
We will work with you on a month-to-month basis with no contract. Whether you want one month of workouts or a year’s worth, it is completely up to you!
