You will learn to set goals – specific, measurable, attainable, and time-based, to keep you on track. Writing and journaling are essential for success, and we will provide you with a workbook to use as a tool to document your journey to a better you.
Accomplishments
“The difference between a goal and a dream is a deadline.” Prepare to “achieve,” within small group personal training. Perhaps it is losing 10 pounds, completing your first pull-up, or finishing a race. Together we will accomplish more, and know we are here to guide, encourage, and “push” you to the finish line.
Individualized
This is not a 'Class'. A class indicates a pre-rehearsed workout that is set in stone. Small Group Personal Training is made specifcally for who attends the sessions. This is not a one-size-fits-all type of class you see at big box gym.
