Colleen Krauter

Colleen Krauter earned a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, but found working as a therapist didn't quite meet her enthusiasm and desires for counseling individuals through their needs. It wasn't until she was a long-time client of TAB Massage and Fitness, working with Tricia as her coach/trainer, that she discovered many levels of healing through proper nutrition and physical fitness.
With the transformation of her own body and mind, Colleen went on to earn her certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and is honored to be a member of TAB Massage and Fitness, training and coaching those who are desiring their own form of transformation. Colleen took her training to the next level and graduated from Irene’s Myomassology institute in May of 2015 and is now a State Licensed Massage Therapist.
Colleen's interests lie in weight-lifting and holistic approaches to wellness, such as cleaner nutrition and healing through yoga. She is skillful in the kitchen, creating snacks and desserts or just modifying recipes that beat food boredom, while still meeting dietary needs. Furthermore, Colleen empowers individuals of all levels of health and fitness to reach their fullest potential toward a healthier lifestyle. She believes that a change in the body must first come through a change in the mind and you will often her hear her say "Inspire yourself - be your own Superhero!"
